Aims and Scope

The Iraqi National Journal of Earth Sciences INJES is a national journal multidisciplinary journal dedicated to all aspects of research in the geology of Iraq and the Middle East. The Journal publishes high-quality, peer-reviewed scientific papers on:

The scope of INJES covered all researches that are dealt with the geology of Iraq, in special, and the Middle East. It follows all processes and development on the geology of Iraq. It takes upon itself to publish postgraduate research. Recently, most of the peer-reviewers are from Iraqi universities. Nevertheless, some article needs reviewers from neighboring countries that is due to what they are interesting on the geology of study area. All manuscripts are subject to a double-blind peer-review process during at least two rounds coordinated by a Chief Editor responsible or Managing Editor.

The INJES is committed to upholding Publication Ethics (COPE) and obligates the authors to avoid any plagiarism and illegal citation.
